Your One-Stop Career Center
The Somerton
Career Center is a "satellite" One-Stop Center that provides
outreach services to our Southern Yuma County customers and
employers in their own locale. This Center is truly a
community resource for everyone. It is a vision shared by
all partnering agencies who have come together to share
funding and staffing so more people may be served.
Available Resources
We
have several computer stations that are connected to a wide
variety of job listings with local businesses, statewide,
and nationwide job search links.
We also provide specialized software to help you create your
resume.
We have a wide variety of information on various
career-related topics. Our staff can also help you focus on
your job search and create and/or improve your resume.
Come in
and meet with our staff to register for available programs.
Most
of Our Services Are Free
In order to participate in some of our
specialized training programs, you will need to meet minimum
requirements.
